Right to Information Act, 2005 (here-in-after Act) provide for setting out the practical regime of right to information for citizens to secure access to information under the control of public authorities, in order to promote transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority. - Documents that are held by the company or under its control
- Particulars of arrangement for consultation with, the members of the public in relation to the formulation of policy or implementation thereof
- Statement on the Board & sub-committees of the Board and other committees
- Directory of officers and employees
- Statement on monthly remuneration of officers and employees, including system of compensation

- Manner of execution of subsidy programmes, including the amounts allocated and the details of beneficiaries of such programmes
- Particulars of recipients of concessions, permits or authorisation granted by it
